Commodore 1988 - 1990
The two years Dale served as Commodore was a period of rapid membership growth. The main Clubhouse building was completed and storage room added. Our repayment of loans ran ahead of schedule.We sponsored a Sea Explorer Ship. The ship had a flag pole constructed from a large mast, donated by Bob Mann, and erected the flag pole in front of the Clubhouse. Members hosted a group of 22 German Sea Scouts for several days.
Claudia Miller served as caterer for all Club functions and many wedding receptions and other outside groups.
Boating activities included trips to Temple Bar on Lake Mead, Cottonwood Cove and Willow Beach on Lake Mohave and many activities on Lake Havasu.
